POLICE RADIO PROBLEMS

As cops seek to hunt purse snatcher, at least one radio car having communication problems...Dispatcher also says victim at church near Peachtree Drive still awaiting police to speak with...Cops say they lost suspect on Hillcrest behind Diamond Gym, but still on it....


UPDATE - one suspect caught, a second being pursued.
